I'm thrilled to share the latest illustration commission for Road & Track magazine's April/May 2024 issue. The piece captures the adventure of the author as they participate in the 2013 Mille Miglia Storica, now on its third day. I've been tracing their journey all the way from Brescia, through the iconic cities of Italy.
Behind the wheel of a 1955 Mercedes Benz Gullwing 300SL, the author embodies the spirit of the past in a modern-day race. I aimed to evoke the nostalgia of 1955, hoping you'll catch a glimpse of that iconic Mercedes red!
